MBT RETURN POLICY:
Unworn merchandise can be returned for a full refund within 30 days from ship date. Refunds will be issued based on the original form of payment. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the refund credit to appear on your statement. See Return Instructions below.
If you receive an item that was damaged during shipment, contact our Customer Service team within 10 days of delivery at 1-877-628-6444 or email@example.com . Please have your order number, item number and tracking number from your original confirmation e-mail. MBT will make every reasonable effort to reorder the item or credit your purchase in a timely manner.
All MBT products are covered under our warranty against material and manufacturing defects, for 6 months from your purchase shipment date. If you receive a defective pair of MBT's, please contact our Customer Service team at 1-877-628-6444 or firstname.lastname@example.org to receive a return authorization and return instructions. If MBT determines that a product has a material or manufacturing defect, we will replace it.

For your convenience, you can ship your purchase back to us using the return form provided on your packing slip. Please follow the steps below to ship back you return:
1. Detach the bottom half of the packing slip and fill out your return information on the front. Please make sure to include the quantity and a reason code for each item you are returning.
2. Place the merchandise in a durable shipping box with original packaging, if possible. Please remember to include your return form.
3. Ship your return, using our supplied FedEx return shipping label, drop off at a FedEx location. Or you may use another form of traceable, insurable delivery to:

Once your return is received and processed, your purchase will be credited to your initial form of payment for the product price plus any applicable taxes.
We'll do everything we can to take care of your return quickly. It may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement. Returns with complete documentation receive priority. Please note that MBT is not responsible for returns lost in transit to us.
We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.
You must include a return address. For the safety of our employees, any package received without a return address on the outside of the package will be destroyed, and MBT will not replace the contents of the package. Thank you for your cooperation.
